Refunds are generally not allowed, and are reviewed on a case by case basis.

If refunding before the order has shipped, the refund will be the full amount MINUS the processing/ transaction fees and partner commission fees (PayPal only)

If returning the items, you will be refunded the full amount MINUS the processing/ transaction fees and partner commission fees (PayPal only), both the return and regular shipping postage, as well as a 20% restocking fee.

If there is a defect with the item you recieved, please contact me directly.
